Easterseals PORT Health Services provides drug and alcohol treatment from its location at 3715 Guardian Avenue in Morehead City, North Carolina. It is a nonprofit provider.

Levels of care offered here include intensive outpatient (IOP), standard outpatient counseling, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), co-occurring (dual diagnosis) mental health treatment, and telehealth therapy.
